When the vacancy closes for applications, the recruiting manager will evaluate each submission and shortlist applicants. To remove the risk of any bias during this process, all personal information is removed. The recruiting manager can only see a candidate number.
Our Resourcing department will contact candidates selected for interview. This invitation will include information about the interview panel, any additional tests that will form part of the asssessment, the date, time and location.
We are fully committed to an inclusive recruitment process and are happy to discuss any adjustments to the interview process which you may need.
During the interview, the recruiting manager will tell you how and when you will be notified of the outcome. If you’re unsuccessful, you will be provided with the opportunity to get feedback.
Starting and induction
If you are successful in your application, you will receive an offer letter by email. This offer is subject to employment checks being completed – these will be outlined in the letter.
Once all checks are completed, we’ll contact you to confirm a start date and send you an appointment letter and your contract. Everyone who joins us takes part in our induction programme, to introduce you to the Trust. This will include the chance to find out more about our great staff support networks.
