Calls to 03 numbers count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and mobiles. If, instead, you pay for individual calls at a per-minute rate, this rate is set by your telephone provider and will be the same rate as when calling an 01 or 02 number.

The Service Experience Desk (SED) is the central point of contact for all concerns and enquiries, whether these are formal or informal, compliments, suggests or complaints.
