That’s why we worked together with our staff to develop our vision and four values that will guide how our organisation operates for the future of our staff and community.

In April 2025, we undertook a major engagement exercise with staff to help refresh our Trust values. Through a combination of facilitated team conversations and staff surveys, we gathered a wide range of feedback and launched our new values in June 2025.
