Community Mental Health Survey

Each year the NHS Patient Survey Programme (NPSP) commissioned by Care Quality Commission (CQC) carries out a survey to collect feedback on community mental health services; the CQC then uses the results from this survey in its assessment of Mental Health Trusts throughout England.

People aged 18 and over are eligible for the survey if they were receiving care or treatment for a mental health condition and were seen face-to-face at the trust, via video conference or telephone between the 1st of September and 30th of November.

At Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust we use the results of this survey alongside all other feedback and intelligence we receive across the Trust to make improvements and put actions in place to deliver the recommendations across our community services.

To find out more about the results from the latest survey, including how we compare to other Mental Health Trusts, please see the PowerPoint presentation here.
