The Early Intervention Service also includes a Physical Health and Wellbeing team to support you in all aspects of keeping well and healthy.
The team offers groups that you can get involved with to get active and meet others, which is a great way to boost your wellbeing.
A walking group takes place at Walsall Arboretum every Thursday, 1-2pm, where you can get outdoors, get some fresh air and enjoy friendly conversation.
If you fancy a kick about, why not come along to a football session? No experience is necessary to join this informal group. It is all about having a fun and getting active.
