The CRS Team provides a multi -disciplinary effective health treatment to people living in Walsall with severe and enduring mental health illness. The team undertakes routine planned assessments, and alongside the CPA framework care coordinates service users with complex mental health needs to support their recovery.
The CRS team receives internal and external referrals. Internal include Outpatients from Consultant Psychiatrist, other teams within the Trust, i.e. Early Intervention, Perinatal, CRT, inpatient wards and the Crisis Home Treatmnt Team. External referrals are transfers from out of area.
