World Sleep Day is here, and this year's theme is "Make Sleep a Priority." At Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, we understand the importance of good sleep for your overall health and well-being. That's why we're excited to share some valuable resources and services to help you achieve better sleep.
Reflexxions Service
Our Reflexxions service provides early intervention mental health support for children and young people within educational settings. We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions to help manage sleep difficulties related to anxiety or low mood. By working closely with children, young people, and their parents, we aim to improve emotional well-being and promote healthy sleep habits.
