The Reflexions team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is excited to announce a series of free workshops for children and young people in Wolverhampton. These workshops are designed to support students with their upcoming SATs and GCSEs, while also providing valuable resources for parents to help their children manage anxiety and low mood.

Workshops for Primary School Ages: Arts and Crafts

Children in primary school can look forward to engaging arts and crafts sessions that will spark creativity and fun. These workshops are a great way for young students to relax and express themselves through various artistic activities.

Workshops for Secondary School Ages: Boxing and Exercise

For secondary school students, the Reflexions team is offering boxing and exercise workshops. These sessions are designed to boost both mind and body, helping students stay active and focused during their exam preparations.

  • Wednesday 16 April 2025 at Graisely Family Hub from 2pm to 4pm.

Free Online Webinars for Parents

Parents across Wolverhampton are invited to join a free online webinar designed to help them understand and support children experiencing anxiety and low mood. This webinar will provide valuable insights into the reasons behind these feelings and how they manifest, equipping parents with the knowledge to better support their children.
