Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s community inclusion team have been busy networking and connecting with local people, organisations and communities across the Black Country.
Their latest newsletter highlights some of the important work they have been focusing on over the last few months, working in partnership with community and voluntary sector organisations across Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell and Wolverhampton.
The team regularly works with groups across the Black Country, such as underserved communities, homeless people, the LBTQ+ community, children and young people, people with learning disabilities and autism, older adults and people from cultural and religious backgrounds.
